Return Policy

Once the items have been shipped we do not allow for returns or exchanges unless there is a reasonable reason for the return.

Please contact us within the first 24 hours of receiving your product if there is a defect and you wish to return your product.

Refunds will be posted on the same credit/debit card that was used for your purchase and your shipping costs will be subtracted.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Listed below are details of when we accept returns.

  • We accept returns up to 32 days after delivery if purchased via Google, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return minus 50% of the cost of the attire as our restocking fee.

    • Unused items constitute as items in their original packaging (not worn, or used)

    • Orders that are not purchased on Google, will be subject to “all sales are final”.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us with 24 hours at arne@arneboutique.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution ( solution options include: exchanges / store credit) etc.)

Exceptions to this return policy are items on sale/clearance.
